MgO subflooring boards, or Magnesium Oxide subfloors, are engineered for superior performance and fire resistance, serving as a dependable and sturdy base for flooring systems. Constructed with magnesium oxide and fortified with additives to enhance strength and water resistance, these boards provide a sleek surface suitable for the direct application of various flooring materials. Renowned for their dimensional stability, robust load-bearing capabilities, and moisture resistance, MgO subflooring boards are the optimal choice for a broad spectrum of construction projects requiring a resilient and dependable subfloor.
Fireproof MgO boards come in two primary types: those made with magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) and those with magnesium chloride (MgCl2). OCM opts for magnesium sulfate, which endows the boards with exceptional water resistance by preventing moisture from being reabsorbed into the board, thus avoiding the issues of 'sweating' and metal corrosion commonly associated with MgCl2 boards. OCM's MgO board, formulated with pure magnesium sulfate, ensures you won't encounter problems with 'crying boards' or 'rusting boards', providing a reliable and durable solution for fireproof construction needs.
OCM incorporates bamboo fiber into its products, which is known for its non-absorbent nature and exceptional strength and durability. With a higher specific compressive strength compared to wood fiber, bamboo fiber offers superior performance. It is resistant to fire, water, and mildew, and provides effective insulation against both sound and heat, making it an ideal material for our high-quality construction products.
Our sanded board features a precision-engineered structure, including a distinctive tongue and groove design for flooring substrates. This design ensures one long side is grooved to perfectly match the tongue on the opposite side, creating a seamless and secure fit. The board offers a smooth, safe surface for use. It boasts a high bending strength of at least 20-25 Mpa, capable of withstanding a concentrated load of up to 370 kgs and a uniform load of up to 500 kgs over a 450mm joint center, demonstrating its reliability and durability in flooring applications.

We have our own laboratory, 5 Professional R&D Staffs.which can carry out raw material evaluation, micro chemical reaction detection and physical performance evaluation. We research and design different density, strength, water absorption, combined structure of panel, flexural performance, nail holding force and fire resistance, and provide complete test reports.
Our factory has three production lines to make different grades of boards to meet the different application. The latest high automation equipment can produce high-Level products such as sanding board, shear wall and load-bearing subfloor. New equipment and facilities include automatic feeding and mixing system, plate forming process system, plate automatic demoulding system, sanded line and UV coating line. With an annual output of 2.1 million plates and about 3000 containers.
