Chloride Mgo Board / Magnesium Oxide Board

What is difference between Mgo board and Mgso4 board?
Composition: MgO boards are made primarily from magnesium oxide (MgO) and are often reinforced with a glass fiber mesh. The key binding agent in these boards is magnesium chloride (MgCl₂).On the other hand, MgSO₄ boards use magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄) as the binder instead of magnesium chloride.
Moisture Absorption: MgO boards, due to the presence of magnesium chloride, are more prone to moisture absorption. This can lead to issues such as "weeping," where moisture seeps from the board, potentially causing corrosion of metal fasteners and framing.In contrast, MgSO₄ boards are much less hygroscopic (attractive to water) than MgO boards with magnesium chloride. This makes MgSO₄ boards more resistant to moisture absorption, effectively blocking the halogen-related issues and significantly enhancing the water resistance of the board.
Corrosion Resistance: MgSO₄ boards, being free of chloride ions, prevent corrosion of metal fasteners and frames, making them non-corrosive and an improvement over earlier MgO boards that posed a risk to steel framing or metal components.
Applications: MgSO₄ boards, because of their improved moisture resistance and stable composition, are better suited for coastal regions, high-humidity environments, or applications where long-term durability is essential.

Our in-house laboratory, staffed by 5 dedicated R&D professionals, is equipped to conduct comprehensive evaluations on raw materials, including micro chemical reaction analysis and assessments of physical performance. We specialize in researching and designing panels with varying densities, strengths, water absorption rates, and structural configurations. Our expertise extends to evaluating flexural performance, nail holding force, and fire resistance. We provide clients with detailed and complete test reports to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the properties and performance of our panels.
Our factory is equipped with three advanced production lines, enabling us to manufacture a variety of board grades tailored to diverse applications. Utilizing state-of-the-art, highly automated machinery, we produce premium products like sanding boards, shear walls, and load-bearing subfloors. Our new equipment and facilities enhance our production capabilities and include an automatic feeding and mixing system, a plate forming process system, an automatic plate demoulding system, a sanding line, and a UV coating line. This advanced setup allows us to achieve an annual output of 2.1 million plates, equating to approximately 3,000 containers, ensuring we meet the high demand for our quality products.
