      The XPS cement sandwich panel is designed to address three common challenges in construction projects: fire safety compliance, energy efficiency, and installation speed. With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.030 to 0.035 W/(m·K) (λ ≤ 0.035), the panel provides insulation performance suitable for cold storage rooms, exterior wall systems, and energy-saving building envelopes.

      Fire resistance is a critical concern for many buyers. This product meets Class A and B1 fire rating standards under GB8624 and EN 13501. The cement-based surface layers are non-combustible, while the XPS core is treated with flame retardants.       Moisture damage is another frequent cause of building failure. The closed-cell structure of the XPS core limits water absorption to less than one percent. Combined with dense cement particle surfaces, the panel resists rot, mold, and delamination even in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and coastal projects.

      Installation speed directly affects project cost. The panel weighs approximately one sixth of a brick wall of equivalent size, allowing 3X faster installation compared to traditional masonry. Workers can cut and fasten the panels using standard tools, with no need for heavy machinery or wet mortar. This reduces labor costs and shortens construction timelines significantly.

      International buyers also require verified quality. The panels carry CE marking, ISO9001 certification, and third-party verification from SGS and TUV. Each production batch undergoes testing for thermal performance, water resistance, and impact strength, ensuring consistent quality for export to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

      Standard panel dimensions include lengths of 2270 millimeters or 2440 millimeters, with thickness options from 60 to 200 millimeters. Common applications include cold storage walls, exterior cladding, bathroom partitions, prefabricated buildings, and industrial workshops.
