MgO Sanding Board
MgO sanding board, also known as Magnesium Oxide sanded board, is a high-quality, multi-functional fire-resistant sheet material. The surface of the MgO sanding board undergoes a sanding treatment, resulting in a smoother and flatter finish with more accurate thickness, making it suitable for direct decoration and lamination with various materials such as PVC film, HPL sheet, and paper. These boards are made from a combination of MgO and other additives like MgCl2 or MgSO4, offering one side with a smooth finish and the other with a sanded treatment。 They are available in white and grey colors and are characterized by their fire resistance (Class A1), lighter weight, flexibility, stability, and the use of non-hazardous raw materials. Our factory has three production lines to make different grades of boards to meet the different application. The latest high automation equipment can produce high-Level products such as sanding board, shear wall and load-bearing subfloor. New equipment and facilities include automatic feeding and mixing system, plate forming process system, plate automatic demoulding system, sanded line and UV coating line.
