We meticulously design panels to optimize flexural performance, nail holding force, and fire resistance. Additionally, we provide exhaustive test reports, ensuring transparency and a thorough understanding of the panels' characteristics and performance for our clients.

       Our factory operates three advanced production lines, each dedicated to manufacturing a variety of board grades to cater to diverse applications. Equipped with the latest in high-automation technology, we specialize in producing top-tier products including sanding boards, shear walls, and load-bearing subfloors. Our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities encompass an automatic feeding and mixing system, a plate forming process system, an automatic plate demoulding system, a sanded line, and a UV coating line. This cutting-edge infrastructure enables us to achieve an annual production capacity of 2.1 million plates, equating to approximately 3,000 containers, ensuring we can meet the high demand for our premium products.
